Help Desk Trainee

Job Description and Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure operating systems on PCs/Laptops.
  2. Install printers (Local and Network Printers).
  3. Install Applications/ERP Client Runtime (Executables) On PCs/Laptops.
  4. PCs/Laptops, Printers, Peripherals Documentation.
  5. Handle price quotations.
  6. Software and Hardware Maintenance.
  7. Participating in implementation of any 3rd Party Software or Applications
  8. MS Windows 7, 8.1, & 10, Outlook 2013/2016, Office 2013/2016/365, Antivirus and other Microsoft Products installation and configuration.
  9. Perform Users Backup if needed.
  10. Manage and Support PCs, laptops, printers, handhelds, and mobile devices including HW, SW, and connectivity.
  11. Participate in other projects.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc  or Diploma in MIS or Computer Science.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Eagerness to learn.
