ERP Financial Specialist

Job Description and Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Work in business process re-engineering including gathering documenting requirements, and workflow.
  2. Conduct fit gap analysis and configuration workshops.
  3. Transform business requirements into a system design and configuration by working closely with all stakeholders.
  4. Train the system users in an internal workshop.
  5. Support and troubleshoot any issues raised by stakeholders and work closely with the ERP technical specialists.
  6. Supervise the Go-live phase and being onsite to help all stakeholders in working with the systems.
  7. Able to create and develop all project documentations.
  8. Participate in any future ERP rollout.
  9. Act as a facilitator between implementer and other internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Computer science, MIS, BIS, AIS, or Accounting.
  • At least 3 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX, 365 ERP financial systems: (G/L,banks,A/R,A/P,FA,Budgeting,costing,project accounting and group consolidation)
  • Very good knowledge in building Data Warehouse, Business intelligence and Dashboards.
  • Solid functional experience in cloud ERP and on-premise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • High proficiency in both spoken and written Arabic and English.
